Recirculating Heat Ovens are the most commonly used ovens in North America today for baking wire cut cookies, rotary cookies, brownies, granola bars, and some cake products. Utilizing the convection and radiation processes inherent in this type of technology, there is simply no equal when producing the types of products consumers have come to expect from their suppliers.
