Convecti-Cool

Food Process Automation introduces the FPA Convecti-Cool series of cooling fans. Most often placed above or below the discharge frame of a band oven. Convecti-Cool fans rapidly cool cookie, cracker, and snack products and can reduce product adherence problems at the take-off knife. Designed as an economical alternative to consider when immediate product cooling is critical at the oven discharge. Convecti-Cool fans are often the first cooling option selected due to the value they can deliver. Featuring stainless steel construction, Convecti-Cool fans are easy to install and are available for 1 and 1.2 meter wide lines.
