Recirculating Heat Ovens

Recirculating Heat Ovens are the most commonly used ovens in North America today for baking wire cut cookies, rotary cookies, brownies, granola bars, and some cake products. Utilizing the convection and radiation processes inherent in this type of technology, there is simply no equal when producing the types of products consumers have come to expect from their suppliers. Products that consistently look good and taste good are essential to long-term success as a cookie manufacturer.

FPA manufacturs its Recirculating Heat Oven for demanding customers that aren’t willing to compromise on their end products. While we borrow from the proven designs of the past, we’ve updated our ovens to reflect the advances made in air handling, heat application, burners, and controls technologies, while offering various installation options to meet the time sensitive needs of our customers. The design achievements for FPA ovens include:

  • Industrial Strength Machines - Our customers often require 24/7 operation at high rates of throughput setting high standards for continuous performance. FPA meets the challenge by designing and delivering machines that meet these rigorous demands and provide for decades of continuous use.
  • Flexibility - As a standard offering, FPA provides single burner control in each zone. As an option, we offer a second burner in each zone as well to provide maximum flexibility in top and bottom temperatures to ensure it bakes the product properly. To meet the accelerated timetables our customers often operate under, we offer our Recirc Oven in pre-built modules or zones in addition to the standard stick built ovens. This option literally saves weeks of installation time.
  • Ease of Use - Changeovers should be quick and painless, as product types change throughout the day or shift. Recipe Control for machine set-up (e.g., setting bake times and temperature settings) is another feature we offer our customers to minimize downtime during product changeovers and insure consistency in product output from shift to shift.
