Rotary molder equipment technology has been around for generations, in part to satisfy the production needs of the North American cookie market. Consumers enjoy sandwich crèmes, shortbread and animal style cookies, for example, that satisfies their cravings and fit their budgets. In addition, kibblers are often used to break up the dough into small pieces contributing to excellent weights. • Excellent Sanitation - FPA engineers focus attention in their designs on any machine area that may harbor organic materials creating sanitary concerns, often incorporating stainless steel in product contact areas and wash-down motors and gearboxes to meet the highest possible standards. Our newest Rotary Molder is a portable, open machine and it can be moved off-line easily for cleaning and sanitation.
• Ease of Use - Changeovers should be quick and painless, as product types change throughout the day or shift, quick change dies being a necessity. Recipe Control for machine set-up is another feature we offer our customers to minimize downtime during product changeovers and insure consistency in product output.
