Rotary molder technology has been around for generations, in part to satisfy the production needs of the North American cookie market. Consumers enjoy sandwich crèmes, shortbread and animal style cookies, for example, that satisfy their cravings and fit their budgets. • Excellent Sanitation - FPA engineers focus attention in their designs on any machine area that may harbor organic materials creating sanitary concerns, often incorporating stainless steel in product contact areas and wash-down motors and gearboxes to meet the highest possible standards.
• Ease of Use - Changeovers should be quick and painless, as product types change throughout the day or shift, quick change dies being a necessity. Recipe Control for machine set-up is another feature we offer our customers to minimize downtime during product changeovers and insure consistency in product output.
